ABOUT US.
A retreat.
A rhythm.
A return to self.
CASA SOLEANA is a modern wellness retreat rooted in softness, connection, and embodied feminine health.
Set along the sun-drenched coast of Costa Brava, we create space for women to pause - and to come home to themselves in a way that feels natural, nourishing, and real.
A space to connect - with your body, your rhythm, your sun.
We believe in:
SLOWING DOWN down as a form of strength Rest as a foundation for vitality
COMMUNITY as medicine
EDUCATION as empowerment

My journey toward CASA SOLEANA started in 2021, the year I stopped taking the hormonal pill after eight years of outsourcing my body’s rhythm to hormones. What began as damage control - please let my skin, mood and hair survive - turned into a deeper quest: Who am I in my natural cycle?
I devoured podcasts on hormone health (Mel Robbins became my good-night-kiss), tried food that balances blood sugar, and built yoga flows that shift with follicular-to-luteal energy.
In the end i realized, wellness isn’t a checklist - it’s an ongoing conversation with the body.
That same year an Erasmus semester in Barcelona pulled me north to the wild Costa Brava. Salt-tangled hair, golden afternoons and unapologetically long lunches revealed a slower, fuller way to live.
I wanted to go further- so i moved out of my save environment and spent the last 3 years traveling and living for months in Mexico City, Barcelona (again) and Bali - each place gifting a piece of the puzzle.
Mexico City taught me about community and colour - how women gather around mercados and herbalists to talk body wisdom without shame or limits.
Barcelona reminded me of play: evening beach yoga, spontaneous vermut with friends, hormone-happy olive oil on everything.
Bali showed me the power of ritual: silent mornings, breath-work at dawn, and plant-based meals designed to stabilise blood sugar and mood. (Not to mention the lymphatic system massages i had on a daily base, ‚Jasmin Massage‘ in Uluwatu, i‘m telling you 🔑) …
What I found I need to feel my best:
cyclical living, mediterranean sun, sisterhood, simple nourishing food, and movement that celebrates the body.
CASA SOLEANA is that recipe in retreat form:
one week on the Costa Brava where women can unplug from hustle, learn the language of their hormones, move mindfully, eat what loves them back, and gather nightly in honest circles and get knowledge to implement in your daily life.
„It’s a love letter to the body finally heard, to Mediterranean rhythm, and to the global sisterhood that taught me wellness is richer when shared.“
