Seed-Cycle-Workshop

We’ll begin our time together with a grounding and energizing yoga flow led by Anni - a chance to connect with your body, breathe deeply, and settle into the space.

Afterwards, Anna (@veg.corner) will guide us through a workshop on the menstrual cycle, sharing insights about the different phases and how we can nourish and support ourselves naturally. You’ll learn how seed cycling can help balance hormones and support wellbeing - and we’ll get hands-on by preparing delicious seedballs tailored to each phase of the cycle we are!

There will be time to share, connect, and enjoy some light snacks together too.
We’re excited to spend this nourishing time with you!
